Situated in the Heath Park area of Cardfiff, UK, Pulse!! Percussions tuition studio was first established in 1982. Since that time it has welcomed literally thousands of pupils of all ages and abilities and is generally acknowledged to be the busiest teaching facility of its kind in the British Isles. The studio offers expert individual tuition for drumkit and percussion. Private pupils benefit from lessons designed for their own particular requirements and attainment levelsand can, if they wish study for external graded examinations. Pulse!! is the examination centre for both "Rockschool" & "The Guildhall School of Music and Drama"and is also affiliated to the "Drumsense Program". The studio also hosts clinics featuring world class players, teaching and performance workshops and music therapy sessions for children and adults with special needs.  ~Colin Humphries opening DayDrum 1995 which featured the Welsh Open Drum Tournament and clinics featuring Colin and son, Daniel Humphries, Danny Gottlieb, Lloyd Ryan, Mark Heaney, Paul Clarvis, Karl Van Den Bossche, Mike Fox and Eric Delaney as well as hundreds of contestants and spectators. |
